The Association of Italian Chefs of Canada (AICC) is proud to be the official representative of the Federation of Italian Chefs Italia (FIC Italia). We are devoted to bringing together professional chefs and supporters of the restaurant sector in an inclusive and collaborative manner with the goal of establishing relationships with other associations, institutions, and companies in the same space. Our intention is to support the growth, development, and appreciation of Italian cuisine in Canada through the promotion of initiatives that highlight and spread the gastronomic heritage of the country.

Chef Giovanni Scarchilli’s Bursary

We wish to pay tribute to the influence of Chef Giovanni Scarchilli by announcing the establishment of a bursary in his memory. This bursary will award financial assistance to chefs in training to broaden their culinary knowledge and enable them to follow their passion and dreams. Chef Giovanni inspired many through his hard work and high standards and we hope that this bursary will carry on his lasting legacy in the culinary world.
