The FIC Canada offers a tremendous opportunity to champion our culture and elevate our industry. Let us all work together to build on the rich history of the FIC and contribute to it in our own special ways.

The FIC has been a strong community and a source of inspiration for chefs around the world. Here in Canada, I'm committed to continuing that legacy and supporting our members.
