It's my pleasure to serve as the President of FIC Canada.
 
As passionate chefs, we all share a deep responsibility to promote the values and traditions of the culinary arts. The FIC Canada offers a tremendous opportunity to champion our culture and elevate our industry. Let us all work together to build on the rich history of the FIC and contribute to it in our own special ways.

The FIC has been a strong community and a source of inspiration for chefs around the world. Here in Canada, I'm committed to continuing that legacy and supporting our members.
